Quite a few people I’ve met at GDC told me they read my blog. Now that I know that, maybe I’ll update more! Anyway, last day of GDC – have seen lots of old friends and colleagues and attended a few good talks. Stay tuned for more of a report when I get back.

interactive fiction – a new direction!
Inform 7 is out, and it looks like a whole new way to write IF. Very exciting! Although I must say I’m surprised by the lack of Linux version: why didn’t they slap a GTK front end on it rather than writing Windows and Mac specific code?
