Well, it wasn&#8217;t bad. Although it was not particularly crusty. A victim of marketing hype. But still very edible.<br \/>\nInterior: &#8220;full-bodied&#8221; and &#8220;tangy&#8221;. Whatever that means. It was very soft. Very soft. It goes well with ham and cheddar.
